PRIONS ET JUBILONS AVEC LA REGION DE L'AFRIQUE DE L'EST

NOVENA FOR THE SILVER JUBILEE OF THE ASSUMPTIONISTS IN EAST AFRICA REGION.

Lord Jesus, sent by the Father to preach the Good News of the Heavenly Kingdom, we thank you for the gift of the Assumption. As we celebrate the Silver Jubilee of the presence and apostolic work of the Congregation in East Africa Region, listen to our prayer:

Send forth your Spirit upon us, to help us to be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ according to the Spirit of Fr. Emmanuel d’Alzon. May we continue to grow in the knowledge of your Truth and in our Love for you, for your Mother Mary and for the Church.

Increase our faith and our hope that we may be ready to embrace the great causes of God and of human beings, ready to embrace the challenges ahead of us in witnessing and extending your Kingdom within us and in the world under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

As we celebrate this Jubilee, we remember in a special way our three brothers in captivity, Frs. Wasukundi, Bamtupe and Ndulani. In your great mercy, may you protect and sustain them in hope and reunite us with them in the service of your Kingdom.

NOVENA KWA AJILI YA JUBILEI YA SHIRIKA LA ASSUMPTION KANDA YA AFRIKA MASHARIKI

Bwana Yesu, uliyetumwa na Baba kuhubiri Habari Njema za Ufalme wa mbinguni, tunakushukuru kwa zawadi ya shirika la Assumption. Tunapoadhimisha jubilee ya miaka ishirini na tano ya uwepo wa shirika na kazi za kitume katika kanda ya Afrika Mashariki, tunaomba usikilize kwa wema sala zetu:

Tunakuomba ututumie Roho Mtakatifu, atusaidie kuwa waaminifu katika utume wetu, tukifuata nyayo za mwanzilishi wa shirika, padre Emmanuel d’Alzon. Tusaidie twendelee kukua katika ukweli na upendo kwako, kwa Mama Maria na kwa Kanisa.

Tuongezee imani na matumaini, ili tuwe tayari kutetea haki na kupambana na changamoto zilizoko mbele yetu, tunapoushuhudia na kuueneza Ufalme wako ndani mwetu na duniani, tukiongozwa na Roho Mtakatifu.

Tunapoadhimisha jubilei hii, tunawakumbuka kwa namna ya pekee ndugu zetu mapadre waliotekwa nyara, Wasukundi, Bamtupe na Ndulani. Tunakuomba kwa huruma yako kuu, uwadumishe katika matumaini na utuunganishe nao tena katika utumishi wa Ufalme wako.
